Publishing to HubSpot

When publishing your newsletter to HubSpot, FeedOtter's integration provides a robust option for creating your newsletter in your HubSpot instance.

Under Campaign Settings > Integration tab > Configure Defaults. Here, setup the option you'll be using.

Choose HubSpot for your default sending option.

Here, add your HubSpot Subscription Type and Lists. These settings will be your default options for every newsletter send.

Click Save > Return to Edit. Finish setting up your newsletter defaults and then you're ready to create your first newsletter.

After creating your newsletter, click Publish to send to HubSpot.

Publish your newsletter to HubSpot.

Here, you'll be able to verify or change any preset options before scheduling the newsletter in HubSpot. Once you've confirmed your settings, schedule your newsletter and click Publish.

In the next popup, follow the link to your HubSpot account. This will take you directly to your newsletter in HubSpot.

View your newsletter in HubSpot.

Here, you can review the email again, make any necessary updates, and then send the email to your HubSpot lists.
