Test, Review, and Publish
Send a test, collect feedback, and publish your issue to your ESP.
Once you are finished curating your issue, you can send a test, have others review the issue, or simply just continue on to publishing.
Test
Click the Test Tube icon in the top bar to open the Test your newsletter modal. It has three options:
Share link Copy the generated preview URL and send it to anyone — no login required. Anyone with the link can see the latest version of the draft.
Send test email Enter email addresses, one per line, and click Send Test Emails. You can also select a saved review list from the dropdown instead of typing addresses individually.
Email Preview Image Download Click Download Email Image to generate and download a PNG screenshot of the current draft — useful for sharing a quick visual with stakeholders who don't need the interactive preview.
Heads up: Test emails send directly from FeedOtter, not your ESP. They're for checking layout and structure — ESP tokens, personalization, and unsubscribe links won't be live.
Publish
Once you're happy with the content and design, click Publish. What happens next depends on your integration.
You can also export the final HTML directly from the issue and use it anywhere.
