# Review Lists

Review Lists allow you to create reusable groups of email addresses for newsletter testing and approval workflows.

Instead of manually entering recipients each time you send a test email, you can create a Review List once and reuse it across your newsletters.

### Create a Review List

To create a Review List:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Review Lists**.
2. Click **Add Review List**.
3. Enter a name for the list.
4. Add one or more email addresses.
5. Save your changes.

You can create multiple Review Lists for different teams, stakeholders, or approval groups.

### Using a Review List

Review Lists can be selected when sending test emails or review requests from your curated newsletters.

To use a Review List for testing:&#x20;

1. Click the test button within the curated editor:<br>

2. Select the correct list:&#x20;

This allows multiple recipients to receive the same test email without needing to enter each address individually.

### Edit a Review List

To update a Review List:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Review Lists**.
2. Locate the Review List you want to update.
3. Click **Edit**.
4. Add, remove, or update email addresses as needed.
5. Save your changes.

### Delete a Review List

To remove a Review List:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Review Lists**.
2. Locate the list you want to remove.
3. Click **Delete**.
4. Confirm the action.

### Best Practices

Review Lists are especially useful for teams that regularly test newsletters before sending.

Consider including:

* Internal reviewers
* Marketing stakeholders
* Newsletter editors
* Approval contacts
* Email testing tools

#### Include Your Email Testing Tool

If you use an email testing platform such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or Inbox Monster, consider adding its testing address to your Review List.

This allows every test send to automatically be delivered to your testing platform, making it easier to review rendering, deliverability, and inbox placement alongside your normal review process.
