# Invoices & Billing

### Subscription Plan

The **Subscription Plan** section displays information about your current Feedotter subscription.

> **Note:** Feedotter Enterprise plans are annual commitments. For details about your contract terms, renewal schedule, or service agreement, please refer to your Feedotter contract.

If you have questions about your subscription or would like to discuss plan changes, contact the Feedotter team.

### Payment Methods

Need to update the credit card associated with your account?

Please contact the Feedotter team for assistance with updating payment information.

### Billing History

The **Billing History** section provides access to past invoices and payment receipts.

For each billing record, you can view:

* Invoice date
* Payment status
* Invoice amount

#### View an Invoice

To view an invoice:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Invoices & Billing**.
2. Locate the invoice in the **Billing History** table.
3. Click **View Invoice.**

#### Download a PDF

To download a PDF copy of an invoice:

1. Locate the invoice in the **Billing History** table.
2. Click **View PDF**.

### Cancel Subscription

If you are considering canceling your Feedotter subscription, use the **Cancel Subscription** option at the bottom of the page.

Before canceling, we encourage you to contact our team so we can better understand your needs and explore available options.

> **Note:** Subscription cancellations may be subject to the terms of your Feedotter agreement.
