Invite your team

With Plus or Enterprise plans, you can invite multiple team members to your FeedOtter account.

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Users.

  2. Click Add User. Fill in the necessary fields in the popup form and click Save.

  3. The user will be emailed a link to create a new password and wrap up the setup.

Necessary fields include First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password.

If wanting the user to be an Admin, select the checkbox next to Account Admin. You can also set permissions by typing exact campaigns in the Permissions box that you want the user to have access to. By default, users will have access to all campaigns but can be limited if needed.

  1. Click Save. FeedOtter will then send the user an email with instructions to create a password and login to their FeedOtter account.
