# Confirm your integration is still connected

**Steps to Test Integration Validity:**

1. **Log in to FeedOtter.**
2. Go to **Settings**.
3. Select **Integrations**.
4. Click on **Test** to check the integration.

If the test fails, you may need to Re-Authorize your integration or update your API credentials based on your ESP requirements.

(As always, if you need any help, feel free to reach out to the FeedOtter support team)

**Steps to Re-Authorize Integration:**

1. Click on the **Edit** option for the integration.
2. Proceed to **Authorize**.

This action will redirect you to your Email Service Provider (ESP) login page, allowing you to confirm the connection to FeedOtter.

Upon successful re-authorization, retest the integration to ensure that automated campaigns can be sent as expected.

**Steps to update API credentials:**

This step is similar to the original connection process used to connect FeedOtter to your ESP.

1. Fill out the API connections using your ESP requirements

Upon successful update, retest the integration to ensure that automated campaigns can be sent as expected.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.feedotter.com/faq/red-dot-campaign-status/confirm-your-integration-is-still-connected.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
