# Troubleshooting

**403 Forbidden - 'Insufficient privileges to complete this action' when contacting the MC /assets api to create an email.**  

This error occurs when FeedOtter does not have the appropriate permissions to Marketing Cloud.  Please ensure any/all permissions are enabled to allow our api call to create new Assets type Email.  If you send a screenshot of your Marketing Cloud permission settings to our support team, we can assist.<br>

At this point we could also use the Sender Profile Id:Per salesforce docs: *You can obtain the sender profile ID and delivery profile ID by going to Email Studio > Admin > Delivery Settings.*
