Disabling Users

Disable user access to FeedOtter when team members leave your organization or no longer need FeedOtter access.

It is not possible to delete users from FeedOtter at this time. Only disable them.

Owners and Admins can disable users.

To disable a user

1. Go to Settings > Users. You should see all the users with access to your FeedOtter account.

2. Click Edit:

1. In the pop-up window, you will see "Enabled" is checked. Uncheck the enabled box to disable the user:

1. Click Save. The user is now disabled.
