Element Customization

Learn how to select, customize, and edit email templates in FeedOtter using our Template Library, Code View, and Visual View customization options.

FeedOtter allows you to quickly select an email template from our library or upload your own custom HTML email design for use with FeedOtter. From here, you can customize certain elements using our visual editor.

To browse the available templates, select the Customize tab, then click Template Library.

Here you'll be able to customize with the following options:

Template Library: Browse and select from our pre-built templates.

Code View: View, edit, tweak the code of the template you are using. This is great for power users wanting to customize CSS stylings that are not editable in the user interface. We advise not editing the code unless you have a strong understanding of how to do so.

Visual View Customization: Here, you can quickly customize your templates by simply clicking on elements within it.

For example, customize the footer by clicking within it:

Any content pulled in through the RSS feed or content sources cannot be edited using the visual editor.
