Transfer Ownership

If the owner of your FeedOtter account leaves or wants to transfer ownership to another user, follow the steps below.

Only the owner of your FeedOtter account can transfer ownership to another user. If you're unable to access the owner's account and transfer access, you'll need to contact our support team.

1. Go to Settings > Manage Users.

2. Select Make Owner. You'll be asked to confirm the action before continuing, and the owner will be make an Admin on the account. Select OK.

In Settings, the Owner can transfer ownership to another established user.

Your user will now be downgraded to an account Admin.
