Adding Users

Add your editors, content, and email team members to your FeedOtter account.

To add a user to your FeedOtter account

  1. Go to Settings > Users.

  2. Click Add User. Fill in the necessary fields in the pop-up form.

    1. Enabled - toggles the ability for a user to login.

    2. Account Admin - determines whether the user can manage all account settings. The permissions are similar to the "owner".

  3. Click Save.

  4. FeedOtter will email the user with instructions to create a password and log in to their account to complete the setup process.
