Accessing Important Account Information

Important information about your account can be accessed from the Settings page.

Reset Your Password

If you need a new password, go to the FeedOtter login page and select Forgot Password?.

Provide your email address in the box and select Send New Password. FeedOtter will send you an email with a link to update your password.

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your FeedOtter subscription login to your account and navigate to Settings > Billing.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the cancel link.

View Account Usage

To view your usage of FeedOtter emails, login to your FeedOtter account and click the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner.

Click Settings > Usage Information.

Here, FeedOtter shows you how many Automated, Curated and SendNow emails you’ve sent with FeedOtter in the last 30, 60 or 90 days.
