Accessing Important Account Information

Important information about your account can be accessed from the Settings page.

Reset Your Password

If you need a new password, go to the FeedOtter login page and select Forgot Password?

Provide your email address in the box and select Send New Password. FeedOtter will send you an email with a link to update your password.

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your FeedOtter subscription, log in to your account and navigate to Settings. Under the Billing section, navigate to Invoices & Billing.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Your Account.

View Account Usage

To view your usage of FeedOtter emails, login to your FeedOtter account and click Settings in the top right corner.

On the left menu bar under Billing, click Usage.

This page displays you how many Automated, Curated, and SendNow emails you’ve sent with FeedOtter in the last 30, 60, and 90 days.
