Where to Edit Template Code

If you've coded your own template with FeedOtter's template language or are comfortable with HTML email code, you can edit the a template's code directly in your campaign.

Access the template HTML code

To edit your template code, follow these steps.

1. Edit the newsletter you wish to modify the HTML code for.

2. Select the Code View button from the top toolbar to open the code editor.

3. Made changes to the code. Changes will be auto-saved but you can click the Save button manually if you prefer.

We highly recommend NOT editing the HTML of FeedOtter's templates unless you are very familiar with email html coding practices AND are have the ability to test your email structure using a tool such as Litmus or Email on Acid. The FeedOtter team is not able to assist with templates once they have been modified.
